Approach

At Little Acorns Preschool & Childcare, our vision is a micro community where every child receives the care and support they need to thrive.

The governing principles that guide the services we provide include:

• In all things, be flexible, creative, and curious.
• Engage purposeful play as an essential way to learn.
• Be honest and speak the truth, even when it’s uncomfortable, with love and kindness.
• Treat all people with dignity, respect, and compassion.
• Focus on connection, choices instead of demands, and allowing emotions to create an environment of mutual respect, safety, trust, and security.
• The uniqueness of each child should be celebrated!
• Grace upon grace - we are all learning!

We are committed to providing exceptional services that promote the fundamental wellness of each child in care.
